Blue Night Art Jam Entry

This is probably my first major drawing in GIMP, and this is my entry for :iconsareyraccoon:'s Blue Night Art Jam. The lighting was created using the dodge feature for the dodge and burn tool. This has taken only at least two hours to work on for my first detailed drawing in this style.
